Attorney Mandy Strigenz is one of Nebraska’s most experienced personal injury attorneys.
Mandy is a former President of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys and continues to serve on its Board of Directors. Mandy has authored several legal publications and is a frequent guest speaker at seminars that relate to the practice of law in Nebraska. She is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and is a Lifetime Fellow in the Nebraska State Bar Foundation. Mandy was raised in Columbus, Nebraska and obtained her undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Nebraska. She then obtained her law degree from Creighton University in 1993. While at Creighton she earned a spot on the Advanced Trial Practice Team and participated in trial competitions around the country. She was a member of the Client Counseling Board and participated in student government. She remains committed to the law school by volunteering her time as a mock trial judge for current students. Mandy has three children: Matt, Scott and Heidi. Mandy was a mock trial coach for her kids and continued to serve in that role for Platteview High School even after they graduated. Mandy has been active in her professional community and currently serves on the Nebraska Supreme Court’s Judicial Nominating Committee, which helps appoint new justices to the Nebraska Supreme Court. Mandy also recently served on the Nebraska Judicial Qualifications Commission which reviews citizen and attorney complaints about Nebraska Judges. She is active in the Sarpy County Bar Association and previously served on the Executive Board of the Omaha Bar Association.
